About HOA Assist

HOA Assist is built by DryDev Professional Services, a technology company based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We build software that solves real problems for real communities.

The idea for HOA Assist grew directly out of the experience of managing a small self-managed homeowner association in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The board needed a real tool, not a spreadsheet. Existing HOA software was either too expensive, too complicated, or designed for large property management companies. So we built our own.

What makes HOA Assist different

Most HOA software is designed for property management companies that manage dozens of communities and need complex billing, maintenance dispatch, and multi-tenant portals. Self-managed HOAs don't need any of that — and they shouldn't pay for it.

HOA Assist is purpose-built for the volunteer board president who handles dues collection on weeknights, the treasurer who needs to generate an aging report for the annual meeting, and the committee member who needs to log a covenant violation without a software training course.
