Privacy Policy

Who we are

Hivepoint is a product of DryDev Professional Services (“DryDev,” “we,” “us”). This site — hivepoint.app — is a marketing and information site. If you are a board member or resident using Hivepoint software, your HOA's data is stored in a separate, isolated system described below. Questions? Email privacy@drydevps.com.

What this site collects

This marketing site (hivepoint.app) collects the following:

• Analytics (with consent):If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages visited, time on site, rough geographic location (city level), and referral source. No personally identifying information is collected. You can decline analytics cookies via the banner at the bottom of the page, or revoke consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for hivepoint.app.
• Contact form submissions: When you fill out the contact form, your name, email address, HOA details, and message are transmitted to Formspree and forwarded to our team. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not subscribe you to a mailing list.
• Vercel Analytics:We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no personal data) to measure aggregate page performance. This runs regardless of cookie consent because it collects no identifying information.

HOA customer data

If your HOA is a Hivepoint customer, your community's data — owner records, dues history, violation logs, documents, and resident accounts — is stored in a dedicated database provisioned exclusively for your HOA. It is:

• Isolated:Your data is never stored in a shared table alongside another HOA's records. This is an architectural decision, not a configuration setting.
• Not sold or shared: We do not sell HOA data to third parties. We do not share it with other Hivepoint customers. We access it only to provide support, perform backups, or as required by law.
• Exportable: You own your data. If you cancel, we provide a full export in standard formats (CSV for records, PDF for documents) before closing your account.
• Retained for the subscription term: We retain data for the duration of your active subscription and for up to 60 days following cancellation to allow for export. After that window, data is permanently deleted.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics 4 — consent-gated analytics. See Google's privacy policy.
• Formspree — contact form processing. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Vercel — site hosting and analytics. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Stripe — payment processing for HOA resident dues (Community Edition only). DryDev does not store payment card data. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Cookies

This site uses a single localStorage key (hivepoint_cookie_consent) to remember your cookie preference. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*). No other cookies are set by this site.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact us at privacy@drydevps.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
