What is a sandbox?
A sandbox is a private, isolated copy of Hivepoint configured specifically for your HOA. It is not shared with other organizations — it is your own environment to explore freely. We pre-load it with sample data that matches your community size so you can see what real day-to-day use looks like.
Is this different from the live demo at demo.hivepoint.app?
Yes. The live demo at demo.hivepoint.app is a shared environment pre-loaded with Maplewood Heights HOA data. The sandbox you request here is private and set up specifically for your community — you can even invite your other board members to log in.
Do I need a credit card?
No credit card is required to request a sandbox. If you decide to subscribe after the 14-day trial, we will set up billing at that point.
What happens after 14 days?
Your sandbox is paused. Your data is preserved for 30 days. If you decide to subscribe, we migrate your configuration directly into a production environment — you do not start over.
How long does setup take?
We typically provision your sandbox within one business day of receiving your request. You will get an email with your magic link when it is ready.
Can other board members access the sandbox?
Yes. Once you receive your magic link, reply to the setup email and ask us to add additional board member accounts. We will do it the same day.
